We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products. Items must be unassembled and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited 2-3 day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Large furniture items may require freight delivery with a scheduled appointment.
Most products require light assembly (estimated 15–45 minutes). All necessary hardware and step-by-step instructions are included in every package. We also offer PDF and video assembly guides on our website.
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply coupon codes to orders after they have been placed. To avoid further issues, please ensure to input your coupon code prior to ordering.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status in real time.
We are only able to cancel orders before the order has begun processing with our shipping department. Once a shipping label has been created, the order is no longer able to be canceled/refunded. If necessary you may refuse the package at time of delivery. Once we receive the package back at our facility we will be happy to modify or cancel and refund the order
