I ordered a pantry cabinet it came with no hardware to put it together with and I’m supposed to to pay for the shipping if I send it back. Not happy about this. I just need the hardware package.

Ordered it for my mom and she loves it!

Made a girl cave for my 9 yo by converting her bunk beds to a loft… This added a lot of space for her to get organized. It does come completely disassembled so assembly is not for the faint of heart… I think the designer worked for ikea! Not the highest quality product but it gets the job done!

Exactly as pictured. I absolutely love this shelf! And it came way faster than expected! I had a question for the seller and they got right back with me and was super friendly! Took a bit to put together but great quality shelf, clear instructions, and well labeled! So so happy with this shelf! Side tip: I ended buying a package of white stickers to cover the screws for a cleaner look.

Great bookshelf. A little tedious to put together but once completed it's excellent addition to the office. Feels very sturdy and has plenty of room.

Definitely need a second person to help lift. Assembled with my 5yr old didn't take long and with easy to read instructions.

For particle wood furniture, this is a good piece, if not a bit ambitious. It's not solid wood of course, so keep your expectations in line with that. We ordered two and after putting one together, we decided that it was just not going to be sturdy enough for our usage, which would have us constantly rotating heavy-ish items on and off the unit. It looks like it would work perfectly fine with light usage, and you can attach it to the wall, but I needed more piece of mind: the kind that only comes with buying a solid wood bookcase.

So what to do? These items are very big, heavy, and you cant just initiate an Amazon Return and drop it off at your nearest Kohl's.

So we reached out to the seller and after a couple of back and forth messages, we agreed on a solution that I was more than happy with. So while the unit may not be the sturdiest thing I've ever used, the customer service by the seller was top notch, and I will definitely consider using them again.

It’s nice! Fits right where we wanted it. Just be sure to allow time and patience to put it together. It does help to have two people assembling. Lay out all the many pieces and follow directions. Very pleased with it.

Got here over a week late and got my refund. But even though i got a refund they still shipped the item so i basically got it for free. I believe it was lost at the start at shipping but they still looked out and got me right for free. So the least i can do is give them 5 stars. The Manual is pretty hard to read other then that everything was good.

I am in love with this bookshelf. It has many storage places.. shelves, drawers and cupboards! I upgraded from something far smaller so this is perfect for my needs! Do recommend.
